What material are the bollards made of?
Our bollards are made of 304 stainless steel with excellent corrosion, abrasion, and temperature resistance. The outer barrel is Q235 carbon steel and the flange is 304 stainless steel. All metal parts receive electrostatic spray coating for corrosion protection.
What is the IP rating of the bollards?
Full-automatic and semi-automatic bollards are IP68 rated for operation in extreme weather conditions. The intelligent control system is IP66 rated.
What control methods are supported?
Full-automatic bollards support remote control, manual button, mobile APP, and PC control. Compatible with access control, license plate recognition, and surveillance systems for seamless integration.
How does it work during power outage?
Equipped with emergency battery for one-time descent during power failure. Manual emergency operation is also available.

Yes, we provide online remote technical support including video calls, remote diagnostics, and step-by-step guidance via WhatsApp, Zoom, or phone. Our engineers can assist with troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance advice without the need for an on-site visit.
